The Mirani Sunday School meets during the worship service and the young people move to their area after the Bible readings for their activity for the day. Near the close of the worship time, the young people are encouraged to share with the congregation about the work they have done.
The churches of the Pioneer Valley participate in the ecumenical Religious Education program that is offered in the state primary schools. Some of our members are Religious Education teachers within the schools.
Scripture Union employs chaplains through the chaplains in schools program. The Uniting Churches of the valley support the work of the chaplain through the giving of funds and involvement of individuals within the various programs organised by the chaplain. Some members encourage the chaplain through involvement with the Local Chaplaincy Committee.
